1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

1/28 2/11 2020 I got bit 9 different times told manager and assistant manager Black Diamond pest control came bed bug under box spring. The manager was with me and pest control when bug was found. He killed the bug with his finger. My room was moved across the hall. They had me put contents of my suitcase in dryer then I washed everything and dried. My coat and 2 sweaters were destroyed. I made an inventory replaced my clothing and suitcases and sent them an itemized bill. They have ignored my requests. I even had a lawyer send a letter to which they have ignored and her phone calls. It is now July. The manager said owner would call me last week, and they didn't. She said call me tomorrow to make sure they called and she was with a guest and she would call me. No response after 2 letters and numerous phone calls.
