Found a huge bedbug on my pillow when I woke up on Saturday, 8/31. I inspected my bed and found fresh blood stain on it. I put the bug into a plastic cup. We started inspecting the other bed and sure enough found another tiny one crawling on the bed. I took pictures of the blood stain on that bed and took a video also. I put that bug into the same cup and sealed it in a ziplock bag. After speaking with 2 people from the Corporate Office, they finally agreed to cancel our reservation for the following night in this hotel. When asked about refunding the other 2 nights we stayed, we were told to speak to the front desk and their General Manager.

Stay: 08-30-19 to 09-01-19 Rm 314 Discovered upon getting ready to leave as saw a bit of blood at foot of bed. Looked at mattress pad and saw bed bugs. Reported to front desk upon checkout (around 10AM) and was told, “sorry about that”. At the time of this post we have not had any further contact with hotel. Was staying as part of a larger group so we informed the other party members, no others reported BUT a number of people had already checked out before they saw our message.

Feb 22 2020 12:30am Room 314 Went to lay down my daughter jumped up said there was bugs On her pillow site enough caught two bed bugs Tom two pictures took to front desk they ask us if we wanted a different room I said no I want a refund. Was told i would have ro call management Monday. Called eas told he was in a meeting. So I went up there talk to him the girl quit and never told him about it. As of Tuesday still not refunded. Notice I have bites on my arm took pictures of it to.
