Reported suspected bed bug bites to owner, he thought it was funny. Laundry Lady treated my husband and I like we were ****. She spoke on behalf of owner. Very rude!!!!! No compassion She spoke for owner because he couldn\'t speak English well.. This was very funny to them. Confirmed Bed bugs bites by emergency room doctor.

I received a call from a patient around 430am 9/15. I went to the bathroom and started to itch on my right elbow. I looked in the mirror after feeling bumps on my arm. I saw a trail of bumps on the back of my arm. I went back to the room and cut on the light to call the nurse at my facility and that's when I noticed bugs on the pillow. I woke my husband up and he noticed a small blood stain in the bed. I looked up information on bedbugs because we heard of this although NEVER feeling as though we'd be victims. I searched the bed and when I pulled the sheets back it was awful. I went downstairs to the front desk and sat there for around 30 mins as no one was there. I called the 800 number and spoke with Lily. She even called the facility with no response. The kitchen lady came in and obviously woke the front desk clerk up. I voiced my concern. She told me it would be more believable if I could catch one. I went back to the room and video taped the bugs on the bed and wall and captured one and sent it to her. She later asked me to bring my belongings so they could put them in the dryer. She did. I gathered the kids and left no far afterwards. I got a call from the hotel later saying that they are refunding me for 1 day because I didn't notice them until this morning. The previous day I was basically in the other hotel room I had reserved for my daughter's birthday party. Sad situation. I just pray we prevented them from my house
