On June 11, 2017 I was at the Super 8 and lost my car key in my room. My husband moved the mattress to look and see if the keys had fell behind it, and found a bed bug. We took a picture and went to the office, they said they had never had this problem before. They offered us a refund after we demanded it, and that was the extent of the help.

8/14/2019 11:50 pm Visiting Cincinnati for tennis tournament. Chose this hotel due to location near venue. Upon entering room immediately observed bedbug crawling on pillowcase. Took photo with phone. Reported to manager who refunded the money and we checked out. Manager did not seem surprised or apologetic.

We stayed in the hotel for 10 days from August 9, through August 19, 2019, for the tennis tournament. The night before we left the bugs just ate me alive! Bites on my legs, arms, back. Notified the hotel at checkout, said they had never had any reports like that and that they would let the management know. We have called and left messages three times to have them call us back, which they never have. Yesterday we called and spoke with the manager finally, he said that they had left the room empty and had no signs of bed bugs. We are looking at ways to remedy the situation.
