Bedbug Reviews

We checked in to this hotel on 6/15/18. We were told we'd be in the side of the hotel where the elevators are broken because no other rooms were available. Our first room, 210 was extremely dirty. We took photos. We complained and were told that they could have someone come clean the room and they could possibly move us in 2 days. I insisted on a room change, and we were moved to room 234 a few hrs later, that same day. This room was available on the opposite side of the hotel, where we were told all rooms were booked. It was a little cleaner. We slept there until 4:30 am when I got up to feed my newborn. As I was feeding her, i saw a bed bug crawling on the sheet. I jumped out of the bed immediately, terrified of course. My husband took a video of it, and killed it. We told the hotel and they now moved us back to the non-elevator working side of the hotel into room 310, where I was now terrified to put my baby down anywhere or sit. We told them that we expected them to steam clean our items. We brought a lot of things because our stay was for 28 days. They gave us enough quarters to dry one load of clothes at a time and we had to keep going back every 30min to request more quarters. The dryer was extremely dirty. I regret putting any of my belongings in it. I was just so eager to feel a piece of mind that nothing was going to travel with us. All of our clothes shrunk, became dingy looking and had a very strong stench to them. The manager, Lacey was very rude and said theres nothing she can do for us. We ended up leaving the hotel with 6 bite marks on my body, one of which is now swelled up very badly on my ankle, and I am unable to walk on it. I waited for Monday morning, (it is 7am now as Im writing this) and I am waiting for their corporate offices to open. This was absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. One thing i forgot to add, the woman on 3rd shift that my husband spoke with when we first discovered the bed bugs said they only had 1 other incident since January. Thats 1 too many for them to not have had a full treatment. People have to sleep in these rooms!
