Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Stayed several days. Checked in on October 25, 2021, found bugs on bed in 114, contacted staff, they came and changed sheets said it wasnâ€™t bed bugs, on October 27, I jumped up and smashed one that had blood in it, they moved me to room 122, never would tell me for sure if it was a bed bug but they contacted ORKIN. My next to last day in room 122 I captured one and was going to take it to ORKIN myself. After being treated like it was my fault for bringing them in, I no longer trusted day shift. I spoke to second shift employee he came and was honest with me he took pictures of it and left word for staff. He instructed me on what to do. I commend him for his honesty and help. As I was leaving on first shift manager walked right past me. I didnâ€™t expect a refund for everyday I was there but I was offered nothing. Now I may have brought them home. I have a photo of the smashed one in 114, and a photo of the one in 122.
