Arrived at hotel approx 9pm. Checked in, assigned to room 244. Upon checking room for bedbugs found what appears to be one bedbug under sheets along the seam of top mattress. Front desk notified immediately, picture taken of said bug and bug held in place with a cup. Management came to the room, refused to come into the room to inspect bug and instructed me just to leave it and come out of the room. They moved us to another room on a different floor.
