Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

I checked into this hotel on Monday 9/25/2017 after flying into Denver airport from home in Los Angeles.Around 3:40 am i woke up to a very bad itching problem on my back that was not recognizable to me.The problem got worse throughout the night / morning and when i checked out in the mirror I could see that my back was bruised and swollen in the sports that were irritating me. As the day went the itching and irritation got worse so i went to Urgent Care to get it checked out. they diagnosed my symptoms as bed bug bites and prescribed medication and cream for me to take in order to get some relief. I missed the rest of the day at work and went to the hotel to check out and have a hotel employee take a copy of my paperwork and take pictures of my injuries. I then checked out of the hotel and have not had any contact with anyone at the hotel until i received this form 1 week later.
