I went to help a friend get set up in her hotel room...we had pushed the cart up and she began to inspect bed closest to window...It was FULL of bed bugs...we took all the children and belongs back out of the room and down to the lobby while she got staff and they came and inspected it and brought some bugs back down stuck to a yellow post it note....the staff said well we just dont know what to do we have never dealt with this before at the same time we were leaving maybe 8:45pm a couple came down with all of their belongs from room 400 and something they had even had pizza delivered and ate it outside while packing their auto up...They said they checked their beds and they were also full....Both my friend and that couple were given refunds which took a very long time and some very upset children, seeing they really wanted to play in the pool...We noticed a few other couples and families leaving as well.....it was very upsetting that staff acting as if nothing was wrong and even after seeing the bugs themselves did nothing to advice other people to please check rooms...

DO NOT STAY HERE- bedbugs! We checked in 9/9/22 and set up (with a baby and everything) After only being there two hours I noticed a bug on my hand (with lights on) and it was a fast, hungry bedbug. We then waited and more started crawling all over the bed. I am so glad we saw them before we settled in for the night (minus the baby) My husband went downstairs, told them of the problem and that we were leaving asap and wanted a refund, and they didn’t even question us and acted very nonchalant (like this happens a lot) Shame on us for not finding them sooner - waking a baby up at 11 pm and having to go find another hotel was not our idea of a goodnight rest.
