Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

My son and I stayed Friday, August 24th in Room 219. I left in the morning for an event and when I returned at 930 am my son showed me he had approximately 40 bites on his upper body, arms, back, and hands. While checking out I asked for the manager and was told he was not there but was provided his card. I told the young man checking us out and showed him my son's bites and he said he would "block the room". I asked him to notify the manager and have him call me asap. I have called several times, left an email and have still not heard from anyone 30 hours after leaving the hotel. My son's hand is swollen up twice it's normal size.
