On September 15, 2017 12:00pm my roommate had bite marks on his that resembled bed bugs. Around 4:00pm we wemt back to room and confirmed tje bugs were present on both queen mattresses. We notified hotel management and showed him pics we took and he never came up to the room to investigate. He just said je would give us another room and have the room we were in treated. He offered commercial dryer tp run clothes on high heat to kills any bugs we might have had in our clothing. We refused and he have my brother in law $20.00 for us to take clothing to laundromat. The stress is overwhelming knowing what we now have to go through to try and be proactive and prevent an infestation in our home. We read information on using high heat in the dryer or using hot water to wash our clothes to kill any bugs or eggs in our items.
