The first bed is full of them. After thinking the hives were due to an unknown allergy, but having large wheals, had to go to Urgent Care and the doctor diagnosed bed bugs. Returning to the hotel, we took off the covers and there were live ones walking across the mattress in the daytime. Management not cooperative and lost entire day of Disney World (5 people) with tickets worth $400.00. Ruined trip.

We arrived on Wednesday 5/11/16. As I always do I ripped the bedding off both beds and did see much lint and dirt or so I thought. After sleeping there the first night my sister complained of sever bites. Being that it\'s near a swamp and I thought I thoroughly checked the bed I dismissed her as I thought they were mosquito bites. We were barely there except to sleep. She kept saying I think these are bed bug bites b/c I look on google they look similar. Again I checked the bed every single night to assure her (bed bugs like heat and dark hence why I checked at night. Finally on Sunday 5/15/16 she woke up with bad bites again as did I. She flipped her pillow and we saw 1 small/young bed bug. I went through her bed found 2 more. I then looked on my bed and found 2 in between the layers of sheets. Immediately took pics and videos as well as the yellow \"dirt\" The little yellow things I saw were eggs (as clarified on Google) I immediately went over and privately spoke with 2 managers Tara Bazan and Dania. Tara offered change to wash all of my clothes as well as had me email all the pictures of the VERY SEVERE BITES. She suggested they may be fleas due to the \"pet friendly\" policy. I assured her they were bed bugs and not fleas by the looks. Maintenance LEO came over to the room and clarified they were indeed bed bugs. I was moved to room 527 it is just as dirty. I checked and did not see bugs as of yet. Checked bed b/c I personally could not afford to pay short notice for another hotel/motel especially when they can not reimburse me b/c I booked thru travelocity. I am currently in room 527. My sister and I will report any more bites. I went back to the desk after meeting with Leo to retrieve quaters for the washing machines (as instructed by Tara Bazan) when I went back Dania said she could not help me I had to wait for management to come back in a half hour. Tara Bazan told me to speak to her or Dania for quaters ... And that was Danias response. This hotel is atrocious.

Fri Jan 16..bed bug..found dead. Sat.Resort fee demanded after I showed email from snap travel.NO FURTHER FEES DUE! $32.paid. Demand for $12..more. Recommended to use their website= $77 XTRA service fee if $19.99 on top of $12 resort fee! Bed bug site made me nervous! It was by my wheelchair.
