Incident occurred approximately 3am on Oct 24th. I woke you to my skin itching and looked at a mirror to see multiple bite marks. Upon returning to the bed to search it, I found a bed bug crawling. I took pictures and videos and immediately contacted the front desk. They sent security to my room, whom by the way had no sense of urgency. They opted to switch my room, but I requested to change my hotel. They had a room available at the Hilton next door and put me there. The security guard mentioned that I might not hear from the hotel manager until later in the day because he might have more pressing issues than mine to deal with. Truly unprofessional! Lady at the front desk said the hotel manager would be in at 7:00am. It's currently 8:36am and I still haven't heard from the hotel manager.
