Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Arrived on 7/14. After attending the time share presentation, I returned to the room to take a nap and when I woke up, I was covered in bites. Security was sent to my room (said they sprayed something on the carpet) told us that they were moving us to a new room but that we needed to dry out clothes for 30 minutes on high heat before we changed rooms and offered directions to a medical facility so that I could get treatment. At check out they were "kind enough" to credit us back $31.

10 Nov, 2023. A bedbug was found in night desk after we came to the room. We reported to the staff immediately, demanding another room in other building. At first according to the staff we should have taken a room in the same building but that”s not a correct solution.
