I want to report that I was bitten dozens of times on my hands, legs, feet, back, neck, head, and face by bed bugs when I stayed at the Best Western at 1250 N Bridge St. in Chillicothe, OH, this past weekend (12/13/19-12/15/19). I told the front desk about this when I checked out of room 113 early on December 15th. Because I left before 7:00 AM, there was no manager present to respond. Once I returned home, I submitted a report to Best Western customer service via email at https://www.bestwestern.com/en_US/customer-service/bwr-customer-service-form.html.

11/27/2021 Bed bug droppings and bugs seen daytime Morning 840am Evening 320am Refused to believe us as we even had proof. No refund. Probably took them home with us.
