On Thursday and Friday October 21st and 22nd of 2022 Stayed at The Bridgeway Inn formerly Howard Johnson and noticed later that night that there was bugs all over the hotel and the cleanliness of the hotel wasn't on to par anyway but then noticed my son had bugs around him while sleeping; upon killing the bugs blood squirted all over pillows bed sheets woke Sun up to get them off the bed and noticed he had red welts all over the side he had been laying on on his arm, hands, neck, face, ears, quite literally everywhere on that side of the body. After determining the wood in fact was bed bugs I immediately moved all animals from home to the vehicle, while in vehicle had his father go in and explain what happened. Only to be met back with (THESE EXACT WORDS) "Man, that sucks. Sorry that happened.." Nothing was done. They didn't call pest control and room is still open to public. It's absolutely ridiculous that they take no responsibility to insure public safety and insure guest a clean and sanitary space to be. Just went into office with son and his father to show them the result of that night and they man at front desk over talked me and refused to listen while shaking his head no. And said manager will be here tomorrow, you can talk to her then. Absolutely disguised with there approach and handling of the matter
