1 bug on the bed when I laid down and I wasn't sure what it was. Went to restroom and came back to a bed full of bugs. All over my grandchildren and all over my husband and me. Moved the mattress and found hundreds. Manager said just leave the key in the room and leave and he would credit our card. It has left us looking for bugs everywhere we go. I though I would have a nervous breakdown by the time I could get out of there.

We arrived to the room to find it very dark with all the lights on. Mattresses looked good. Trash under beds and behind towels on rack. It was not swept. On the third morning when we opened the curtains to the sun we found blood marks on the sheets. One bug was crawling away. It spilled a blood meal when I squished it. Inspection found moving bugs on the sheets and pillows. Pillow cases had old washed in blood stains. The negotiation at main desk low ball and well rehearsed. There was no shock. They had the gall to ask if they could regain our business.

10/20/17 we stayed there checked in at 8pm and went out for dinner and drinks came back at 1am. didn’t lay down for 2 minuets and saw a bed bug by my head. Killed it kept it on my finger and took it to the front desk. The guy was rude started out with a 5 dollar refund by 3 am we had our money back for the room. But no place to stay they were booked so slept in our car after being in it for 1200 miles no room comp or anything

I was there on business on Thursday 03/21/2019 I went to the front desk and told them it was a bug in my bed and ask them to spray my room for bugs. So i came in late that evening the room was neat so i was under the Expression that my room was ok. So friday morning at 5 am i awoke to bug bites so i went to the front desk immediately to complaint. They just wanted to give me reward points. I have call management and complain to best western customer services nothing has been done. I have picture of the bed bugs. And proof kf the bite marks. They have not offer me anything my doctor bill is 150 and the medicine has cost me about $120
