Bed bugs were on the bed and walls, even took a video of tge nasty bugs.... Hotel seemed to not care when they were told..

I woke up at 5:30 and discovered 12 bug bites in total. At first I thought they were mosquito bites, but because I had so many it made me wonder about bed bugs. I went immediately to check the bed and found a blood stain near my pillow and upon further investigation a crawling bed bug. I took pictures and called the front office. The management seemed very helpful and even suggested we continue on to the theme park and that they would call me with an update. I never received a call. While out I called the number on their website and spoke with someone who also said that management would contact me right away. Nothing! When I returned to the property I went straight to the management office. The first manager I spoke with explained their bed bug process, with indifference. Eventually, the building manager came to speak with me and attempted to do some damage control. He offered a better room and promise to follow up after their investigation. We went back to our old room to wait for security so that they could take our statement, along with pictures. We then moved ourselves to our new room. 2 days later we recieved a follow up phone call explaining that no bed bus were found! I have stayed in this resort 2 other times and have had no problems. I'm so disappointed in the service recieved as well as the lack of empathy. There were/are bed bugs in that room. I have the bites and photos to prove it! I will not visit this resort again!!
