My bestie and I stayed at this La Quinta October 15-17th, 2021; she woke on our second night there COVERED from head to toe in bed bug bites. We visited Urgent Care where she received treatment for the bites, and we returned to the hotel to check out. The front desk clerk was horrified when she saw the bites, took photos, compted us one night's stay out of two, and provided us with the GM's business card. We ended our vacation early, promptly packing everything in large garbage bags and returned home to Atlanta. We have emailed the GM, and I left him a message regarding the incident, hoping to get reimbursement for the medical costs and later, the cost of a home inspection when I thought I might have brought the bugs into my home. When the GM did not return my call, I emailed corporate; three weeks later, neither has returned my calls or email. I will NEVER stay at a La Quinta again.
