We stayed in room 104 from October 8-19 2023. I found little spots of blood on my sheets in the morning but since I have naturally itchy dry skin that I scratch at night I didn’t think anything of it. After getting out sheets changed again spots and started to wonder what was going on. After the next sheet change no blood spots so didn’t think about it. On the morning we were packing to leave we found one bedbug and my husband squished it and lots of blood came out, then he saw another one on the side of the bed. We took the squished bug into the lobby and the manager at first tried to say it was just a roach and said they get regular checks for bedbugs. She said she would send it to be analyzed but I did not get a sense she was taking it seriously. She offered to give us plastic bags for our luggage but we were flying and that was not an option for us.
