Bed bug shells and eggs all over bed . Unable to get ahold of manager refusing my calls and refusing to give refund.

1. 10/01/2017 around 10pm. Found them on box spring after noticing my toddler had over 10 bites on his body! 2. The office came up and took pictures and gave us a refund of 3 out of the 4 nights but wouldn't give us another room for the night and ended up driving 6 hours overnight to get home.

Stayed on July 20,21,22, 2021. 83 year old sister, niece(58), and i (67) ALL bitten by bedbugs. Saw 4 on suitcase, couldnt capture. Sent photos of my bites to hotel, requested refund. Hotel ignoring me! Corporate says it isn't THEIR problem!

11/9/2021 There was no one at the front desk on the day of the incident, a friend and I slept in my car from 1:30 am to 7 am, around 7:28 in the morning a man appeared at the reception. I made the complaint and he was totally indifferent, I asked to speak to the person in charge or the manager and he said there was no manager because it was Sunday and he was only the front desk guy man. I request my refund and I did not get it. I have videos, pictures to proof. We left some clothes behind, afraid of carry bed bug with us. The bed was infested.

Apr 15-18 2022, we first got into 226 on the 15th and saw one bed bug under the sheet when we opened it around 11pm, we killed it and showed it to front desk lady, who denied it was a bed bug and only gave us new sheets and blanket. The next day (Apr 16) we were moved to 224, spent one night there. On the second night we stayed in 224 (Apr 17 night), I got bitten on the arm.
