My family and I stayed overnight 7/1-7/2/2916 due to a flight cancelation. I was very itchy through the night but thought this was due to my sunburn. I woke up the next morning with multiple bites in a clustered and linear distribution. My daughter had approx 6 bites on her face. My husband had 3 bites on his upper anterior chest. We found fecal staining on the mattress consistent with bed bugs. I reported this to the front desk. The female employee stated that bedbugs are " hitchhiker a" and my family may have brought them into the hotel. She was very disrespectful and disregarded my complaint. She finally said she would have housekeeping check the room. I feel compelled to share my story so people are aware of this. And I am praying we did not bring any home.
