I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for the pool. The first night I was placed on the second floor. The next day I moved to the first floor by the pool room #112. I was in that room the 3rd to check out on the 7th. Around 11:00 p.m. On the night of the 6th my child was laying in bed and I was walking by and looked at him. There was a bug crawling up the pillow by his head. I rushed over and grabbed the bug with my sleeve. I put the bug in a paper cup, looked at it thoroughly and went to the front desk. The lady at the front desk said they never had a bed bug problem before. She also told me that bed bugs don't crawl on pillows only on mattresses. She also said she seen bed bugs before and they are triangle shaped. (Wth) I went back to the room and searched both mattresses inch by inch. (I'm scared of bugs/flys) I searched all drawers, corners, behind pictures, outlets, everywhere. I did not see another. I did not sleep well. We just washed all our laundry that day but I still searched through the clothes and suitcases, nothing. I am not sure if that bug caught a ride to our room from the towel from the pool. But anyway, when we were checking out they had a big heavy duty cleaner going in the room next to ours. When I was checking out the guy said it was just a tick. Yeah right he just lied to my face. They have the big ol cleaner machine going next door. He said I brought the 'tick' in from outside. I googled ticks and bed bugs. It was a bed bug definitely. I will not go back.
