9/9/2017, overnight stay. On 9/11/17 discovered red bug bites in lines on hips, thighs, and arms. These bites turned into welts and blisters, very painful. Management had dogs come in to search for bed bugs and they say none were found. I however strongly believe that I was bitten by bed bugs at their hotel, especially after conferring with the CDC and EPA websites. Management only offered 30% off instead of the full refund I requested. I did not accept the refund as I feel they owe me the 100% after I've suffered for a whole week now.
