Me My wife and child checked in to room 209 at comfort suites airport in Boise id for family funeral 4/13/17 and the worst experience ever bed bugs we got bit the staff said it's ok it's not that serious of a deal go back to sleep 4:00 Am we got a little upset that's when they switched us to a different room. The inconvenience of moving to another room with luggage at :430 Am was horrible we had to toss away are bed linens and comforters my child's pack and play and the sad part is we didn't make it to the funereal we traveled 400 miles for. And the staff was more upset than we was they didn't want us to make a scene and keep it discreet. I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else. The hotel was clean I guess. Staff was horrible never stay there again.

On 9/03/2022 we checked into room 205 approximately 11:45 pm. We tried to use the jacuzzi tub but the plug was broken. After taking a quick shower I felt something bite the back of my leg. My husband began to pull back all the sheets and we found 6+ bed bugs on the sheets and pillows! I immediately went downstairs to talk to the night shift employee. He was very nice but said he couldn't do anything until management came in the next morning.He did offer us another room but we declined. We were in the room for about an hour when we found the first bed bug. My husband continued to look and found 5+ more while I was talking to the night check in clerk.
