Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Fri 3/10 @ 11:45ish. Im laying on the bed with my 19mth old & something hits my left arm. I quickly look & it was an adult bed beg. We captured bug & brought it to reception. The GM was absolutely amazing! He moved us into a different room & it was upgraded. He dropped our nightly rate to half. He even took the time to inspect our new room with me while my husband gathered our belongings. About 15-20min later, we get a call to our new room and it was the GM calling to let us know that he tore previous room apart & found no other signs. He even let us keep the old key cards to go back in & check ourselves. Amazing customer service. Yes, there was a bed bug but the GM did great in handling the situation. Not sure if they got in our luggage or on our persons as its been less than 3hrs since Incident.
