Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Stayed 02/18/17 Staff was very nice. Room looked very clean and decent. Beds were very comfortable. The room overlooked the parking lot -which was loud. The included continental breakfast was very good. The only problem was the bedbugs! We never even saw them! We we're in denial that's what all of the red bumps on my child's arm and neck were until a doctor's visit. This was our first experience with bed bugs and hopefully the last! Management was very nice. Refunded the room. Invited us to stay again. Said an inspection was done and room was treated by an exterminator. Explained most of hotels in Flagstaff have bed bugs and that they are hard to eradicate. This is almost a month later and my child still has the marks from these bites. Please do an inspection of your room and follow all precautions this site gives. You do not want bed bug bites!
