Noticed a couple of bites on the back of my neck on 3/7/17 and thought they might just be spider bites. After the night of 3/8/17 my whole back of the neck and side of the face were full of bites as well as down my arm. Informed the front desk and was moved into room#629. I ended up sleeping in my car to not spread them to another room that night and flew home the next morning. What a hassle cleaning everything and making sure to not contaminate my house!

I was originally assigned to room 619. When i woke up in the morning i had bites on my neck. I didnt realize until a few hrs after i woke up, but when i did i pulled the bed out and saw bed bug feces and carcasses. The staff was acoomodating. They switched me to a different room. I looked at the bed and it seemed fine. But unfortunately after taking a nap i found a new bite on my arm. Pulled out the bed and did a more detailed search and found bed bugs again. I was finally moved to a different floor and the staff gave me a full refund. Im going to throroughly wash everything and throw away my suit case.

11 April 2019 Room 629 A little after 4pm is when it occurred. I was FaceTiming my fiancé and saw a bug crawl out from under my pillow. I flipped the camera to show him and ask if he thought it was one (he used to work for the Sheraton back in OKC) and he got serious and told me to call the front desk immediately. I called the desk and took a picture of the bug. After taking some pictures, I killed the bug with a towel and wrapped the towel up. Maintenance came up to look and confirmed it was indeed a bed bug and I needed to get out and be moved from the room. After about 10 minutes, the front desk came and said sorry and gave me a new room down the hall. I wanted another floor, but that didn’t happen. (I proceeded to not sleep the rest of the night being worried I’d see more in this new room) Front desk said I would get 20,000 points. They also took my sleep shirt to wash and give me before I checked out. HOWEVER, I went to check out this morning and the guy at the desk was totally unapologetic. I asked where my clothes were and he said he had no idea and he was sorry about that. I still have no points and now I lost my favorite sleep shirt. (It was from a trip I took to Rhode Island, so it was personal) I don’t know if I will get my stuff back or the points because nobody has followed up yet and I may have to call management. I was pretty discouraged this morning for how the desk treated me..you lost my stuff and I encountered bedbugs..you also don’t know when I would get these so called points when I asked about that..I’m just upset overall. Now I will have to take extra precautions when I get home and hopefully I won’t have any bedbugs that may have traveled in my luggage from Ohio to Oklahoma.
