1st night 6/22 ...2 YR old found crackpipe...moved to another room with less amenities...was compensated with 2 Oatmeal cookies..received no towels for 2 days or bed linens...compensated finally with a better room # 624...Moved here 6/26...bed bug crawled onto wife's hand in the daytime...another crawling on bed and 2 more adult bugs I killed..gave live one in plastic cup to lead room service cleaning lady...she took it and left...heard nothing for 12hrs...finally called corporate for the 5th time..for the second time the manager never contacted me...corporate told me on 2 separate occasions he was going to call and never did...finally they brought me new bed linens and that is all...they left me ...my wife..and my 2yr old son in the room...no cleaning ..no calls to an exterminator..didnt move our room...didnt offer to wash or fumigate my belongings...all three of us have bites which I have pictures of along with video of one crawling on the bed and the ones I killed..5 calls to corporate all together..have to cut my so called getaway short...threw away 700 dollars worth of personal belongings and forfeited 2 of the 7 days I paid for. I am speechless and filing a lawsuit
