Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

We found bedbugs and casings in the morning... The room they moved us to had eggs/larva on top of the bedskirt. I took pics. Management wasn't very proactive.

We arrived at the hotel on October 8, 2015, and stayed the night. The following morning, I saw an adult bedbug on the bed and put it in a toiletry bag, and immediately went downstairs to show management. They said they would change our room, give us spray for our belongings, and take care of any issues we experience from it since we had a lot of luggage, stuffed animal for each child, and our toddler\'s cot. They did switch our room, but we never received the spray. Before we left the following day, my husband went to the front desk to inquire, and had to wait about 20 minutes for them to get it for him, only to find out later it wasn\'t even the right spray! We have not had any contact from this location, or a reply to our contact to them, and the Corporate Office has been extremely unhelpful, as well. It took quite a lot for us to ensure that we did not bring bedbugs into our home, and the lack of response from the hotel has been ridiculous. I caution other people about this when booking a hotel, and I would never recommend a Hilton hotel again.
