We stayed one night at this hotel and woke up the next morning to find a blood smear in the sheets. We have never had bedbugs before so we didn't know that was a sign of an infestation. But we were all very itchy the next morning and throughout the day When we got home we found an adult bed bug in my moms hair. It was very unsettling and we tried to take measures to kill them. It's been 2 weeks and we are still trying to get rid of them. We're never staying in another hotel again. After looking it up looks like Lansing Michigan is completely infested. Reports everywhere! BEWARE!!!!

02/20/20 @ 430pm checked into room and started checking mattress. Near head of mattress located bedbug feces along with old bedbug skin. Blood spot and more bedbug skin on underside of comforter. No living bedbugs found. Advised management who returned money and stated she was calling pest company. Checked in to different hotel.
