Check in 11/17 check out 11/18. Went down for breakfast, came back up and a HUGE bed bug was crawling on my pillow. Just disgusting. Told the manager about it and he must of thought I was someone else as he mentioned someone else complained about bed bugs. I was there with my wife on a Business trip. Requested the room fee be refunded, but I have no idea if it was done or not. Manager seemed a bit clue less and no doubt rented the room out again given this is a hugely busy location given it's location to the University. Lot of government employees stay their (like my wife) for training done at the University. I would definitely avoid this location.
