Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

We checked in around 3pm I checked for bugs but couldnâ€™t see any but did see some stains. Than my daughter calls me while we are out and says she had a big crawling on her and shows me and it sure was a bed bug! The lady at the desk was saying she would only refund for one room... we had conjoining rooms so I said I donâ€™t think so we are leaving I was a refund for both and her and her manager she called had a rude attitude and were laughing! It is called baymont by whyndam now also by the way and this was on 3-30-19
