Bedbug Reviews

There are many reasons why you should stay somewhere else. If you do not want to trust this review, read the others on TripAdvisor and here. To begin, the hotel has bed bugs. They destroyed my wife and I. We were riddled with bites all over our bodies. Next, the housekeeping staff are some of the most angry and inhospitable folks I have ever met. They perform the absolute bare minimum (or in our case often did not service our room for days on end during our week long stay), remain angered, and spend most of their time gossiping about guests in the hallways and playing on their cell phones. The rooms are older, dingy, dirty, and have black toxic mold within them. The mold coupled with the bed bugs are a double-punch that would otherwise require this facility to be closed. However, the management must have a way of performing smoke and mirrors to keep this thing operating. My family is a huge Hilton family and this property is terrible. Probably the worst that I have ever stayed at (except for the time when I was a kid and they were killing rats outside of my room, but this was a Ramada) and is definitely not up to par with the Hilton brand, image, and quality that one expects. This hotel charges around $185 per night for a stay that would otherwise cost you around $45 per night. Save yourself money, hassle, bed bugs, and toxic mold, and stay somewhere else. Since the facility is on the fringes, you do not have many choices and the hotel does not seem to help with this. Overall, poorest of experiences located within a food and travel desert with bed bugs and toxic black mold sprinkled in for good measure.
