Stayed here in July 2015. Had a few bites after our stay and we have had to treat our house to get rid of Bed bugs. It has cost us a lot of money and I do not recommend staying here.

I stayed in room #662 while I was on business in OKC. I woke up on my second morning and noticed a bug on my pillow. I google image searched to discover it was in fact a bed bug (I\'d never seen one up to this point) I saw another smaller bug and was able to catch it in a coffee cup. I alerted the staff who were kind and concerned. They moved me to another room on the same floor and took all of the clothing I had worn to be laundered. I scoured the new room and there is no sign of bedbugs.

After my husband joined us during our stay, our daughter moved from the bed in the sleeping area to the hideaway sofa in the guest area of the suite. Next morning, our daughter woke up with hundreds of bites on arms, belly, back and ankles. Her clothing and jackets had been stored on the same sofa, and even tho she moved back into the sleeping area and beds, she continued to complain about biting sensations from her fresh clothing, taken from sofa area, and woke up with an increased amount of bites. We went to front desk to report issue and ask for manager, but manager was unavailable. We had the desk clerk take photos of the bites on our daughter's arms and detailed the bites on arms, back, belly and ankles. We checked out that day, but the manager called husband to offer us points for a free night's stay our next visit. After seeing our daughter's discomfort progress, and realizing our personal items and luggage were likely infested and in need of disposal, we reported the issue to Hilton Hotel management. Hilton directed us back to local Embassey manager who stated that pest control had looked at the room and found no evidence of bed bugs. Manager stated there was no possible way the bites were a result of bedbugs. Dissatisified with that result, and looking at the hundreds of bites on our daughter's body, we insisted the bedbugs were present and wanted compensation for having to dispose of our luggage and clothing from the stay, as well as our daughter's worsening discomfort. Management offered and we accepted a refund for 4 nights of the 7 we stayed. But after one week at home, biting from washed/dried but still infested clothing continues, and we will now have to hire professional exterminators to ensure erradication of potential infestation of our home. We are long time Hilton Diamond Members and now infested with bedbugs from a Hilton Hotel. After researching, I learn that there are multiple recent complaints about bedbug episodes int his very hotel. Highly suggest staying away from Embassey Suites in OKC.
