Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

The hotel was very clean and mattress appear newer. I stayed 29 Jan 2017 to 03 Feb. Found bed bug bites on me on last day of stay. I checked in seams of mattress and found two bugs. I told hotel and they confirmed it one day later. They were very responsive and helpful. They compensated my stay. They explained to me that they have random inspections monthly of about 50 rooms. So it seems they do their best. I am still seeing 'new' bites 5 days after leaving. I had ~20 bites when I checked out, probably closer to 50 now. I had my home inspected and was clear. Luckily, I saw bites before getting home, so I acted accordingly. I stayed in room 833.

Found 4 bedbugs on the bed in my room on 10/4 and 10/5/2017. Upon bringing one to the front desk I was moved to a new room immediately and granted two free nights. I was offered compensation for my current stay but my company is paying so I was offered two nights at later date in my Hilton honors account.
