06/26/18 Was only in the "suite" for hour and half before we started to get bit. The room was infested. They were on ceilings, bed, and behind curtains and night stands ... Night desk acted as if it was not a big deal and we was going to have to wait until mid next day for refund. Mind you we only had been in room for less than 2 hours.

3-19-20 Here on an 11 night stay for work. As a spire member I travel all over the country and stay at Holiday inns. I'm on my third night and felt something crawling on me and found bed bugs in a master suite. I notified the night shift clerk and she apologized but now I'm going to have to throw away all my clothes as they travel and embed if around clothing.

August 2, 2020 Payed for seven days stayed only 3 and Management refused to refund my money even though I had pictures of bedbugs in their bed and fresh bites on me.

I checked into this hotel at apx 3pm on 05/01/2021. My girlfriend and I weren't in the room a whole lot at all until around bed time. We both showered ( neither of us had bites at this time.) After our showers my gf had to put her shoes back on immediately because she had to go get her things out of car, she got back in the room, sat her stuff down and took her shoes off finally, she sat on the edge of the bed closest to the door, and before even getting under the blankets, she got up and vegan scratching get right foot for a very longtime. When she stopped finally I heard her say, " oh my god, there's bed bugs in here bad!" They must be in the carpet around the bed even. She spoke with the woman that owns the hotel and told that IF HER PEST MAN came in on MONDAY , and confirmed she could maybe refund some of my money. I try old the lady that I looked online and there have been reports monthly since 2008, of bed bugs being in this hotel! She doesn't seem to concerned!
