In room 810, I woke up scratching my elbow because of a bad itch. I felt bumps and immediately went to check the bed for bugs at around 3am on Monday 12/9/19. I saw bed bugs crawling in the bed. I called the front desk and they sent a guard up to let us in to another room which was 802. I immediately pull back covers and flip pillows over to find a dead bed bug stuck to the pillow case. At this point I refuse to stay in the building and requested a refund for 2 nights. The managers replied to me by telling me there are no bed bugs in the room because she had a pest control company come to investigate and they found no bed bugs... i encouraged the manager to get a 2nd opinion because I saw the bugs with my own eyes but felt like she was calling me a liar and did not take my concerns seriously because she kept repeating that they did not have bed bugs but clearly the hotel has had bed bug issues for years based on previous reviews. At first the manager told me she was only going to refund one night. A bed bug infestation and guests being bitten up should be taken very seriously and the best resolution would be to provide refunds for the entire stay. After a while of back and forth the manager said she was going to refund entire stay. I’m more so concerned that the manager is still advising there are no bugs even after I was bitten. The next customer to stay in that room will also have to suffer because the issues does not get address properly.

Found a bedbug in my bed in the morning around 7:20 am on 5/8/18. I killed and brought the bedbug to the front desk as I was checking out. I was told that my bill would be reimbursed. I am trying to figure out how to treat my clothing, shoes and luggage.
