1/10/2018 3:30am Reported finding bedbugs to staff around 4:20 or 4:30. Showed them pictures of the bedbug and the lady said she couldn't help, manager would be in around 7:00. I had to go to work so I took all my belongings and put them in the back of my truck. Called the office around 8 am and the guy tried to give me another room, I didn't want to stay there and asked for a refund. He then said he would talk to the manager and he would call me back. When he called back the manager said he would refund me for the two day that I wouldn't stay (I paid for a week, have been there 3 days). Maybe I'm wrong for thinking he should have refunded me completely for the inconvenience of having to get my clothes cleaned and having to find another hotel.
