July 18 2019 checked in at 5:00 pm. We had requested a room on this single story side. (102-103-104-105 ) The desk clerk Bee said that if the previous guests had not left the day before - we wouldn't have been able to stay in 103. Got the keys checked into room 103 just long enough to change clothes to attend a family event.Returned at 930 pm - laid on bed to watch the news when son discovered a bug crawling on my arm. Took picture of bug and started to inspect the bedding. At the head of the bed on the right side near the was quite a bit of black marks - lines and flecks. Captured the bug with a tissue and took it up to the front office. The desk management acted puzzled and contested that the room had been vacant for days. They offered another room but I wanted a refund and to leave.
