Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Date: 10/24/23 to 11/01/23 Room: 100 As soon as I opened the door to room 100 I went to ask for a new room because it smelled like mold as there was mold on the walls, but I was told I could not have a different room. I had to clean the mold off the walls myself. After my second night I woke up itching -- over 20 red itch welts on my arms. I took a pillow which had bed bugs on it to the office, showed Jessica, and again asked for a new room -- and was told no! That I had to stay in that room. I slept the next few nights in my car and left. They didn't offer garbage bags for my stuff and they never even changed the sheets!
