August 30, 2020. At 11:30pm I was sitting upright in the bed, turned and saw a tiny bug crawling on the wall from behind the headboard. I pulled the mattress away from the headboard and found multiple bedbugs that varied in size. I called the front desk to report, took pictures and left. My spouse and I drove home in the middle of the night. We both took a shower and washed everything we took on our trip. It was a horrible experience! I know the staff has not overlooked all those bedbugs. The manager called me the next morning to notify me of my refund. No mention of the bedbugs until I asked if he saw the infestation, “Yea, we will get bug control out here. Sorry about that.” Wow! I really doubt they will do anything.
