Visit this Hotel due to the death of father in law. This place is not a good place to stay, we were so tired from traveling we just wanted a place to lay our head and was emotionally drained When entering the room nothing major was noticeable. The very next day we left to take care of funeral arrangements. We left at around 6 am. when we returned at 7 pm our room was not cleaned, no blankets was on the bed and the housekeeper who did not seem to understand English could not tell us why our room had not been cleaned. I went to the front desk and the housekeepers daughter who spoke very good English had to interpret for her mom. Upon speaking with the owner she was the only housekeeper there, so i asked her could we just move to another room, she said no those rooms were not ready. The Hotel was empty (I should have saw the signs) well we decided to wait until she cleaned the room. After an hour we were told by the daughter the room was ready. I questioned the covers due to them having wholes in them. Well i figured we don't have to sleep with them on us. The very next morning I had bits all over my face and arms, my husband had them all over his legs and arms. My husband knew exactly what they were BED BUGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So nasty. I was very upset, I was not aware if you pull the sheets off you can spot them. I went up front to put a complaint into the owner and she tried to tell me something crazy. i told her she has no words for me and that she can bet I will put this out wherever I can. She better be glad I am not from there I would have been at her place every time a car drove up and informed them. So when I went back I pulled the blankets off from the other bed and it was ripped also with large blood stains!!!! I called the City health to report this place. This is how i came to this site I was calling them to find out the results of my complaint and noticed that this hotel had no complaints listed..really i know i am not the only person stayed there. Come to find bed bugs bite in a pattern or a line and it takes two weeks to clear from the skin. If you have luggage and i did we had to leave it outside opened to kill them as well as wash everything in hot water and all our clothes had to go to the dry cleaners and we had to let them know they were infested with bed bugs!! This is crazy, DON'T STAY AT THIS PLACE we left and stayed at a Hyatt Hotel so much better!!!!!!!!

My reservation was from June 19th through the 23rd, 2017. On the morning of June 22nd, 2017, I woke up with bed bugs bites all over my body. After searching the room thoroughly, I found bed bugs in the bed, carpet, curtains, basically all the fabric, as well as my belongings. I complained to the owner of this establishment, which was a nice Indian man, however all he did was apologize and offer me another room, one of which he could NOT guarantee would be free of bed bugs. When I called Hotels.com, as I booked this reservation through them, they attempted to contact the hotel on my behalf, who again refused to refund me for my stay. Being a Gold Member with Hotels.com, they refunded me in full, however, no compensation for having to dispose of all of my belongings. I've called the hotel several times, as well as Hotels.com, trying to further resolve this matter, but the hotel now claims that they cannot confirm this incident to be true, despite my photos and videos to the contrary.
