Checked into the Courtyard Tucson Airport on 3 April. Woke up in the early morning on 4 April with several bed bug bites and woke up at 12:30 am on 5 April with over 25 bed bug bites on my arms, legs, necks and back. Searched the bed throughly and found one bed bug and captured/took it to the front desk.(all photos are available upon request) The front desk employee transferred me to another hotel and told me to replace the infected personal items kept in the bedroom. And he said that the GM will contact me later that day. However until 7 April, no one contacted me and when I re-visited the Courtyard Tucson Airport, the GM apologized and told me to submit all the receipts, so his insurance company can reimburse all the expenses. However, for the past three weeks, he kept saying that his insurance company didn't respond so he will reimburse only half of the expenses that I had to spend.
