Stayed at this hotel Memorial Day weekend 2010 (3 night stay). Ended up with 350 bites and brought the bugs home in my luggage thus infesting my own house. We have spent in excess of $3,000 on exterminators who all indicated that the hotel must have known of their problem for it to be as bad as it was in my house only 3 days after I returned home (20 adult bugs found that weekend). The hotel admits that they do have bed bugs and said they already had it treated within 3 days and are fully back open for business. If I cannot get them out of my home in 3 days, I doubt that the hotel can resolve the problem that quickly. I am concerned that they are not taking appropriate steps to prevent the problem for future guests.
