Did bed bug check before sleeping. Didn't see anything except 2 bugs on wall. Thought they were too big for bed bugs. However, woke up very early to find lots of bed bugs in the bed! (Positive they were bed bugs b/c there were all life stages: baby, medium, adult. All stages matched up to the photos.) Hotel refunded money.

Bugs in RM 413 I didn not even look around for bugs because I have never experienced bed bugs. I woke up in the middle of the night feeling like itchy and saw a few bugs on the blanket, then I looked by the pillows and they were there too. They offered me points. What does that do? I had to throw out my suitcase, steam all of my clothes, and then dry clean them.

05/13/2011, Was only in room for 20 minutes, before we found them in a drawer,we checked out immediately. Room was pretty gross too, pet friendly to say the least.
