A single stain was on the sheet at night, but I didn't recognize it as bed bug feces because the room was kind of gross. In the morning there were multiple stains on my pillow, and I observed 2 bugs in the sheets when I was getting ready to leave. Management said it would take a week to get a refund because the exterminator had to come first, but ended up refunding us an hour later.

GM was notified and he instructs his personnel to issue the refund as "maintenance". They do not claim they have bedbugs. 2 workers are on my police report stating they have issues. Yes, I had to file a police report because the GM/owner would not issue a letter or inform other occupants.
