Family and I were attacked by bed bugs 11/25/10. Our room was changed. Being cautious, I checked the bed in the new room and again found bed bugs. The woman in housekeeping states management is aware but don't want to spend the money to correct the problem. I called 911 when they refused to refund my money and filed a report. I also reported the incident to various Pennsylvania agencies. I did research yesterday and found that others have experienced the same thing at the hotel over the past year. When will Pennsylvania do something about this hotel?
