I do not sleep with a pillow. When I removed the pillows from the bed, I found several bedbugs. We brought our belongings to the front desk where the 2 desk clerks were not aware of any procedure to deal with the problem and told us to move to room 121. We later learned that bedbugs had been reported at the hotel less than 3 months prior to our visit. In the morning AFTER we had already loaded our luggage into our car, an assistant manager told us that we needed to place everything that had been in the room into plastic bags. We then put our things in plastic and returned them to the car, but the infestation may have already begun.
