Upon moving into this senior apartment facility, I asked the rental manager specifically if they have ever had bed bugs and she stated absolutely not. After living her for a month I have been informed by all of my neighbors that multiple case of bed bugs have occurred recently in the facility. They community room was quarantined for three weeks to try and eradicate the issue. Another tenant had to throw away all of her belongings, and this is the tip of the iceberg. I have never felt so bamboozled in my life. This place is a SCAM and will lie right to your face to get you to sign the lease. DO NOT EVER RENT THERE!

It started about 3 years ago. Two tenants were infested an nothing was being done. They spread through out building. I have thrown away 4 living room suits an about 9 beds. The landlord buys bombs from walmart an sets them off but it does nothing. He hired exterminator twice an nothing. It doesnt help when he wont make people throw out furniture. It has got bad in the past year. I dont see it gettin any better

The whole complex is infested and management has been making tenants pay for extermination of bed bugs has illegally evicted residents and moves new tenants in to make them pay for exterminator once they find a bug

Bed bugs were found in 1 apartment within the complex approx 2 weeks ago & carried to homes outside of complex. Home owners (not the apt. occupants) left dozens messages (with several depts) with the Butler County Metro Housing Authourity asking them to do an inspection & treat before addtional apt. were infected. It was not until 2 weeks later did they take any action. Home owners phone calls/concerns were never returned.

We have been dealing w/ bedbug infestations now for 2 years. The management refuses to acknowledge the fact that all units in one building must be treated or they will return, or never eliminate them all. We have had 3 treatments so far, and now have thrown out our third set of furniture. The management will not take any responsibility, and will not let us out of our lease, telling me they could have all the units inspected for free but they wont because it costs them $400 dollars to treat each unit if they r found.
